Brasileirão Betting & Live Casino

With a 99hi account you can bet on Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, NBB, UFC, e-sports, and dozens of other disciplines. In the live casino, Portuguese-speaking dealers are at the roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and live poker tables throughout all Brazilian time zones.

Everything You Need to Know About 99hi

The 99hi is a Sports Betting and online casino platform built with the Brazilian player in mind. From account creation to your first withdrawal, every step is designed to be simple, fast, and hassle-free — whether you're on mobile or desktop.

Signing up at 99hi is free and takes less than 2 minutes. You'll need your full name, CPF, email, phone number, and date of birth. Once you confirm your email, your account is active and ready for your first deposit. The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 and can be made via Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or TED transfer through Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, or Banco do Brasil.

On your very first deposit, 99hi automatically activates the 100% welcome bonus — no code needed, no need to contact support. The bonus carries a 30x rollover requirement and must be completed within 30 days. The full terms are available in the Terms and Conditions before you accept the bonus — no surprises.

In the Sports Betting catalog you'll find markets for the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores da América, Campeonato Paulista, Carioca, NBA, NFL, UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), tennis, e-sports, and over 30 other sports. The live market runs in real time during matches, with odds updated automatically and available on mobile without any lag.

In the casino, 99hi offers hundreds of slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Playtech, as well as a Live Casino with Portuguese-speaking dealers, European and American roulette, multiple blackjack variants, baccarat, progressive jackpots, and popular crash games like Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman — titles that rank among the most played in Brazil.

Pix withdrawal is the top choice among Brazilian users — and for good reason. It's the fastest method, available at any time, fee-free, with funds going directly to the bank account in your name. For Pix withdrawals below R$ 10,000.00, processing takes up to 10 minutes. For other methods such as boleto and card, processing times range from 1 to 5 business days.

If you've read through this page and still have unanswered questions, the fastest option is our live support chat — available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, with service in Portuguese. You can also send an email to suporte@99hi.best for matters that don't require an immediate response. Our team gives you real solutions, no rigid scripts.

Account & Registration

Go to the Registration, fill in your full name, email, phone number, CPF, and date of birth, create a secure password, and confirm that you are 18 or older. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email — click the link and your account will be active. The whole process takes under 2 minutes and is completely free.

No. Each CPF may only have one active account at 99hi. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once is strictly prohibited under the Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, with all bonus balances forfeited. If you are unsure, contact support before opening a second account.

No documents are required to create an account. Full identity verification (KYC) — submitting your RG, CNH, or passport — is only requested at specific stages, typically for withdrawals that trigger verification protocols or to confirm age in situations flagged by the system. When required, the process is quick and instructions are sent by email.

First, check the spam or junk folder in your email — most cases of missing emails are resolved there. If you still can't find it, confirm that the email address was entered correctly during registration. If you need to correct your email or resend the confirmation, contact 24×7 support via chat with your CPF.

Changes to sensitive details such as email address and phone number are handled through 24×7 support, with identity verification via CPF and document. This ensures no one can update your contact information without your authorization. Reach out via live chat, providing the detail you wish to change and the CPF registered on your account.

Contact 24×7 support via live chat with your registered email and CPF. The team will verify your identity and send a password reset link to your registered email within 15 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or reach out again via chat.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Payment methods available at 99hi:

Pix Boleto Bancário Credit Card Debit Card PicPay Mercado Pago TED – Nubank TED – Itaú TED – Bradesco TED – Banco do Brasil

The minimum deposit at 99hi is R$ 20.00, regardless of the payment method used. 99hi does not charge any fees on deposits. Pix deposits are credited to your account instantly. Boleto bancário takes up to 2 business days to clear. Credit and debit card deposits are credited within minutes in most cases.

Pix withdrawals under R$ 10,000.00 are processed in up to 10 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and holidays. 99hi charges no fees on Pix withdrawals. The amount is sent to the same Pix key you used for your deposit, ensuring the payment always goes to an account in your name.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount at 99hi is R$ 20.00. To request a withdrawal, your real balance must be R$ 20.00 or more. Uncleared bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — you must complete the rollover before requesting a withdrawal of the corresponding bonus amount.

Pix deposits are usually credited within seconds. If the amount still hasn't appeared in your account after 10 minutes, contact 24×7 support via live chat. Have your Pix payment receipt with the transaction number (E2E ID) ready. The team will locate the payment and credit it manually in the event of a technical failure, at no additional cost.

No. For security and compliance with anti-fraud regulations and the LGPD, 99hi processes withdrawals exclusively to bank accounts held in the name of the account holder — the same CPF registered on the platform. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are automatically blocked by the system. Always use your own bank account or a Pix key linked to your CPF.

Default limits apply per payment method, but verified users may request higher limits by contacting support. For Pix withdrawals, the per-transaction limit is R$ 10,000.00 — larger amounts are processed in multiple transactions or with an extended verification period. Custom limits can also be set directly through the responsible gambling tool in your account dashboard.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus doubles your first deposit — up to R$ 500.00. It is credited automatically to your account as soon as the first deposit is confirmed, with no code or support request needed. The bonus carries a 30x rollover (you must wager 30 times the bonus amount) and must be completed within 30 days before it can be withdrawn. Full terms are in the Terms and Conditions.

Rollover is the number of times you need to wager the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. If you receive a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 30x rollover, you need to place R$ 3,000.00 in eligible bets to unlock the bonus for withdrawal. Cancelled bets, bets with very low odds, or games with partial contribution may count differently — check the Terms and Conditions for the specific rules per game type.

Yes. 99hi offers a weekly 20% cashback on net losses from the previous week. The amount is credited automatically every Friday — no request or code required. There is no minimum loss amount to qualify; every active user is eligible automatically. Cashback credits may carry lower rollover requirements than the welcome bonus.

After registering, you receive a unique referral code available in your account dashboard. When a friend signs up using your code and makes their first deposit, a bonus is automatically credited to your account. There is no monthly referral cap — the more friends who sign up and deposit using your code, the more bonuses you earn. The bonus amount per referral is described in the Promotions section of the platform.

Yes. If you don't want to participate in a promotion whose bonus was automatically credited, contact 24×7 support via live chat before placing any bets with the bonus balance. The team can cancel the bonus with no impact on your real balance. Once you've placed your first bet using the bonus balance, the bonus can no longer be cancelled.

Sports Betting

99hi covers the major competitions Brazilian fans follow: Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores da América, Copa Sul-Americana, Campeonato Paulista, Carioca, Gaúcho, and other state leagues, plus the Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, NBA, NFL, UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), tennis, e-sports (CS2, VALORANT, League of Legends, Free Fire), and more than 30 other disciplines.

Live bets are placed during an ongoing match, with odds that update automatically in real time based on the score, time elapsed, and other factors. You can bet on the final result, the next goal, which team scores first in the second half, and dozens of other markets. The live market works seamlessly on mobile with no extra setup required — just log in to your account.

A parlay or combo bet combines two or more events into a single wager. Every selection must win for you to collect — and the final odds are the product of all individual odds multiplied together, which can lead to payouts far greater than single bets. The risk is proportional: if any one event in the combo loses, the entire bet is lost.

If a match is cancelled or officially postponed by more than 24 hours from the original start time, all bets placed on that event are voided and the staked amount is fully refunded to your account balance. For parlay bets, the cancelled event is removed and the combined odds are recalculated without it — all remaining selections remain valid.

Casino & Slots

Yes. All casino games and slots on 99hi are provided by internationally certified suppliers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Playtech, and others. Every title uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent laboratories, ensuring results are genuinely random and cannot be manipulated. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published by the provider and can be checked before you play.

Yes. 99hi offers Live Casino tables with dealers who speak Brazilian Portuguese, particularly at tables dedicated to the Brazilian audience. These tables cover Brazilian time zones so you always have access to a dealer speaking your language. Modalidades available with Portuguese-language service include roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and select live poker variants.

The minimum bet varies by game. In most slots, you can play from R$ 0.20 per spin. In the live casino, table minimums generally start at R$ 1.00 for side bets and R$ 5.00 for main bets, depending on the title. VIP tables carry higher minimums. The minimum and maximum limits for each table are displayed clearly before you join the game.

Progressive jackpots are prizes that accumulate over time with every bet placed on participating games — by all players across the network, not just at 99hi. The prize can reach hundreds of thousands of BRL before being won. Any player who plays a participating title during the winning round is eligible for the jackpot, regardless of the amount wagered. The current jackpot value is displayed in real time on the game screen.

Crash Games

Crash games feature a multiplier that starts at 1x and rises continuously. The goal is to cash out before the multiplier crashes — dropping to zero and wiping the round. The longer you wait to cash out, the higher the multiplier and the bigger the reward — but also the greater the risk of losing everything if the crash happens first. Aviator by Spribe is the most popular in Brazil, followed by JetX and Spaceman by Pragmatic Play.

No. The crash games available at 99hi use a Provably Fair system — a cryptographic mechanism that allows any player to mathematically verify that the outcome of each round was determined before it started and was not altered by the platform or the provider. The cryptographic hash of each round can be verified publicly. 99hi has no technical ability to alter crash game results.

Most crash games at 99hi accept bets from R$ 1.00 per round. Some titles have a minimum bet of R$ 0.50. The maximum bet limit varies by title and is displayed within the game interface. On most crash games you can place two simultaneous bets — one to cash out early at a lower multiplier and another to aim for a higher multiplier in the same round.

Account Security

Contact 24×7 support immediately via live chat to request an emergency account block. Provide your CPF and describe the situation. The team will lock access within minutes while the issue is investigated. Do not attempt to log in repeatedly — multiple failed attempts can lock your account and delay assistance. As a preventive measure, never share your password and avoid reusing passwords from other services on 99hi.

Yes. 99hi operates in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Your personal data is collected only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, stored with encryption, and never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support or emailing suporte@99hi.best. Visit our Privacy Policy for full details.

Never. No member of the 99hi team will ask for your password via chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Passwords are stored using irreversible bcrypt hashing — not even our technical team has access to your actual password. If anyone claiming to be from 99hi asks for your password, do not share it under any circumstances and report the contact immediately to suporte@99hi.best.

Responsible Gambling

Go to your account dashboard, navigate to the "Responsible Gambling" section, and select "Deposit Limit". Set the maximum amount and the period (daily, weekly, or monthly). The limit takes effect immediately upon confirmation. Reductions apply instantly. Increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period to protect you from impulsive decisions made in moments of frustration.

Self-exclusion blocks access to your account for a chosen period: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — or permanently. It is activated directly from the "Responsible Gambling" section of your account dashboard and takes effect immediately. During the period, account access is blocked and all marketing communications are suspended. Temporary self-exclusions cannot be cancelled before the period ends. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. For more details, visit our Responsible Gambling.

Yes. 99hi is strictly prohibited for users under 18. Age verification starts at registration using CPF and date of birth, and can be reinforced with a physical document request at any time. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are closed immediately, with the balance returned to the legal guardian. There are no exceptions to this rule.
